About

I am the photographer and owner of Karleen Knapp Photography and Design. My husband Greg and I have five children, 4 girls and 1 boy. Family is very important to all of us and one of the reasons I got into photography. I wanted to capture all of those special memories and keep them close forever. Unable to freeze time, photographs seemed like the next best thing! I truly love taking pictures and am constantly striving to improve and learn more.

I also love meeting and getting to know people. From the time they are babies, all through school, graduating from high school, getting married, having families of their own,...and the circle of life continues.

I truly enjoy each and every phase.

On a personal level, I love spending time with family and friends. I volunteer at my local church where I help with the media team.

As a graduate of the Art Institute in Pittsburgh, PA with a degree in Graphic Design,

I have always had a passion for photography. Since the birth of my last two children (twins), I have pursued it with an ever increasing desire. This business began in June of 2013. It has been a wonderful journey thus far and I am looking forward to serving and getting to know all of our customers better each and every year!
